Answer: (1) Formal:Though some learning takes place through courses(formal learning).
(2)Informally:learning on the job, self-teaching, reading, and other self-directed activities.
2.Describe what you think would be the most common informal learning strategies that people use. Why did you select these?
Answer: The CPRN study found thar Canadian adults spend an average of 15 hour per week engaged in informal learning activities related to their careers, household duties, volunteer work, and general interests.
3.How many hours per week do you devote to informal learning?
Answer: 13 hour per week deovote to informal lerning.

Answer: Mathematics, Sciences, Business, English...
5.Explain why you would or would not take a CBT or an e-learning course.
Answer: Cause sometime e-learning course will spend your so much major course time, major course is main, so i think we should take more major course,but if i am a best student for major ,so i can take more e-learning or CBT.
